We would like to thank City Weekly for awarding The Salty Streets Flea Market as the Best Summertime Flea Market for this year's Best of Utah 2012! We are so lucky to be apart of such an amazing community. Be sure to check out the other great businesses, people, happenings, etc. that won Best of Awards. Thank you City Weekly! And thank you to all of the vendors, local bands and musicians, the food vendors, Kilby Court, SLUG Magazine, Jackalope Lounge, Garage on Beck, and everyone who helps out during each market. It would not be possible without all of you! We are looking forward to another great year of fleas - dates coming soon!

We would like to let everyone know that the September Flea Market will not be going on. The market will still take place in October, because we have to take advantage of the last warm days of the year! But as far as September is concerned, there will be no Salty Streets! We are bummed, but it is what it is!

If you are planning on being a vendor, or would like to share your music with the market goers, please e-mail us saltystreetproductions[at]gmail[dot]com, October's market will be the last one of this year, so we want everyone to get involved!

The August Flea.

There were treasures everywhere on August 7th. New things we had never seen before, and more things to look at than usual. We are always amazed at the things people bring down, but this time there seem to be much more to look at and dig through.

We had the chance to listen to The Sleepwalkers, Joel Pack, and the wonderful Dylan Roe and Sayde Price. Did you know Salt Lake was overflowing with musical talent? We are jut lucky enough to get them down to Kilby Court every month. Do yourself a favor and check all of them out. Maybe you'll get lucky and hear Joel Pack's rendition of Kate Bush's 'Running Up That Hill' .... [yes, it's amazing]
